Monday. I haven't looked out yet. I will do when I go for a coffee, which won't be too long.
A friend picking me up to go shoplifting later, I'm running low on a lot of stuff due to being housebound. It'll be good to get out. Luckily the tootsie is a lot better this morning, I still know it's there, but I can walk without a stick now. Hopefully it will be fine for tomorrow when I go to Gloucester Cathedral.
Yer wee man is just saying it's going to be good weather this morning. I hope he's right.
Opposite problem here, veggies and fruit untouched, junk food gone, I live in an area where a trolley with healthy foods and no junk merits a comment from the check out girl they just don't see it that often.
Plenty of fresh stuff on offer here.
Long term storage items are disappearing rapidly.
Makes life a tad difficult when you live in a remote area and can only shop sporadically.
I hope that those that have "panic shopped" find that the items they have bought go out of date or ruin in such a way they realise how stupid they have been to denude the shelves for others.
Clear blue skies here in Essex and only a 4 hour shift on the horizon... That's good as it gives me two goes at Morrisons lol
Shelves are bare here and as my son works there my empty pasta jar has become a joke among the staff! [I got given a huge jar just right for storing spaghetti in but have not been able to buy any anywhere!}.
Good luck Boaty, be prepared to shop around while you have the chance. I would then advise anyone over 70 to get in to online shopping. Even if you can only get a delivery slot for two weeks away book it! Things should have calmed down by then and you can update your order at any time up until delivery x
