Thursday. A clear sky here, hopefully another nice day. I got some weeding done yesterday.
What today holds I can only guess. I went round to the local shop yesterday for some essentials. Nobody about at all. some in the shop though, getting the same essentials.
Nothing else to talk about, so have a happy day everyone.

He's phoned in sick. It's just the lads you drive to work all have young children....how would you live with yourself if one of them got sick because of you.

He's a softy at heart....I had to put it in a guilt trip way to make him see sense :-)

I've bought a candle making kit and some oils. Me and the nephew will be making lots of candles.

Morning all...Waitrose were running this scheme with 15 or 20 allowed in and then a line to wait for one to come out - rather nice and serene shopping once in, after a 20 minute wait. The drawing of the cottage underway and the pencil work done - can only do an hour and fifteen given the gardeners around, despite all the space - got chastised by the Oberlieutenant-Gruppen-Fuehrer on Day 1 about being out in working hours and it should only be after 4.30 when the gardeners finish - and bloody ridiculous as there's 3000 acres with three or four gardeners and about a dozen residents....and the sheep.

However, it's a battle not worth fighting over. Hopefully it stays sunny for the weekend but I fear that will not be the case.

Morning all, we were self isolating, but been made official now with texts and letters telling us not to go out for 12 weeks which is unreasonable IMO, need to get some essential shopping.
