I thought with new social measures that it was quite hard for the online companies to keep up to demand in their warehouse whilst keeping to government advice and social distancing, which is causing a lot of stock to die because they don't have the hands to move it.
So, you need to get in the online queue at the right time. This could be either 2:05 (order before 2 for next working day) so if you order after two, you'll be in the following NWD's orders. Or the time could be early hours of the morning, or it could be 9am.
Good luck.

Crocus is good, I ordered a house plant from there. However, good luck, they have a daily order limit which has been hit for today.

We use these people Naomi, have done for years. Great service dead easy website. We have ordered plants, compost, and equipment here for years no bother. The only advice I would give is do not order the small plants or plugs unless you are a fairly accomplished gardener with facilities to bring them on under glass or in a greenhouse.

As I don't have a garden, I've only ever ordered house plants. Mostly from sellers on eBay, and I've had very few problems. I had 12-15 plants a year ago...discovered eBay...and now have about 120...that includes cuttings I've taken. They are all flourishing.
Some of those sellers also did garden and tub plants. Look at reviews and ratings as a guide.

I see several have recommended Crocus which is on Coppit's list. They supply Waitrose and Mr Alan Titchmarsh is something to do with them.
They are very good, I have bought quite a bit from them over the years. Highly recommend.
