Can anyone tell me what they put on tiger bread which gives it an absolutely scrumptious aroma and taste, you can but this bread in Asda and Morrisons and i really really love it very much. I just can't put my finger on its smell.

thanks for link Ethel , also you don't but the bread you buY it . sorry but head full of tiger bread.
That's interesting ... We all love the Tiger Bread and buy it regularly. Our local Sainsbury's stopped selling the it for a while, so I asked the Bakery dept why.

I was told that it was Sesame Paste on the top (not rice paste), and that they'd stopped baking the bread because they'd had probs getting the Paste.

I think I might go and ask them again :-)
Tescos sell it too
