Yes stress can definately cause your periods to be late

Not sure if it can when on the pill as many women use it to regulate periods.

Perhaps you will be better to take a test rather than wait to speak to your GP.

Yes it is. I missed 3 periods with the worry & upset when my father was seriously ill & dying.
