Have come out of the coronavirus for you ? I have got in the right mindset and lost 10 lbs and sticking to a healthy eating plan. First time in years.
I really enjoy my walk each day and appreciate all nature has to offer.
I have cleaned my house thoroughly.
Learning new skills and diy.
I speak to friends each day, not now and again.
I am less anxious.

Why can't people celebrate or be thankful for any good that has happened? Are we only supposed to wring our hands and have endless conversations...at a distance...about the on going misery?

tamaris - what system/diet did you use to lose weight? I need to lose some quickly :)

I have cut out puddings, and all sweet things. I have one meal a day sensible with meat/ fish and veg and potatoes. I have a sandwich at lunchtime with three slices bread. I have crackers like Ritz nothing on them and fruit. No alchohol. But I have a large glass of sparking water with lime cordial. I never eat breakfast but I have a glass of orange juice. The weight has just dropped off me and I feel great.
If you don't live longer, Tamaris, it'll seem like it.
We always have a nice group hug before starting work on site, ff.

If I ate what you ate I would put on weight Tamaris. Three slices of bread and Ritz crackers, no chance of losing for me if I ate that. Lucky you.

Really it's in the region of 1400 calories
Too many for me nowadays Tamaris, sadly. Wasn't always like that. I love Ritz Crackers as well:-(
