Sunday. A clear sky with just the odd wisp of cloud, so hopefully another sunny day. It took a long time to warm up yesterday, so I hope it's better today.
Just collect the paper and a raid to see my favourite checkout girl in Tesco today. I'll take my mate across the road with me, he's slowly finding his way around.

What's a yabbie?

I've got a three and a half inch thick rasher of back bacon I'm going to brush with honey and slow roast, some mixed veg and boiled, then sliced and flash fried potatoes.

Yabbies are common in Victoria and New South Wales, although the species also occurs in southern Queensland, South Australia, throughout parts of the Northern Territory and even as low as Tasmania, making it the most widespread Australian crayfish. It has been introduced to Western Australia, where it is an invasive species and poses a threat to other Cherax crayfish species native to the region, such as gilgies (Cherax quinquecarinatus).

Morning all. Tiny one and I are having a cuddle in bed (he's still in his sleeping bag) and OH is downstairs brewing some coffee.
