I've Had A Light Cold Over The Past Few Days.

I'm taking it as a warning that my bio security, if that's the right phrase, isn't up to scratch.
I use hand gel, masks, and go to the local shop only once a week.
What else should I do?

Go for things to boost the immune system, fruit such as blueberries etc.

MWG makes a good point. At the grand age of 63 I’ve had hay fever for the first time ever. Thought it was a cold but a friend suggested anti histamines, they worked.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe Sandy is in Spain. So not sure what the pollen count is there.
I feel as if I've had a borderline "cold" that comes and goes, for about 2 months now. It's never bothered me as much as this year. I take the dog out to the park...and he loves to kick up the grass and anything else that grows. When I get back indoors, the mild discomfort starts.

and in some places - you can evden shop in Tescos - in English !

Maybe try some echinacea supplements as an immune booster.

Elderberry also...and high dose vitamin C. Oh, and vitamin D if you don't get enough sun...though that shouldn't be a problem in Spain.

More than likely due to the high pollen count, Sandy. I've had the same recently. Bought Beconase, hay fever relief. Been using it the last 5 days, no sign of the sniffles now.
