I had my cat nuterted Friday, she's in great form since I bought her home, but I'm worried about her scar, it was flat for the first day but it has turned into a bump, is this normal?

It looks like granulation , which can be a normal phase of healing - nothing to stop you sending the Vet that image for advice though.
