> So the premier league support de-funding the police and closing prisons do they?

No they don't - that's the point - and therefore of course I don't have a link that says they do.
Question Author
You said they BLM the movement that started in 2013

That movement believes in de-funding the police and closing prisons.
Question Author
they support^
Link please?
Question Author
Link to what?
Question Author
Here's you saying the Premier League support the group that wants police defunding and prisons closing.
If you can see that you had better do some more research.

Ellipsis
The movement "Black Lives Matter" has existed since 2013. Its seventh birthday is coming up later this month, on July 13th.

The organisation "Black Lives Matter" has existed since 2017.

The movement has more supporters than the organisation. For example, it seems that the Premier League supports the movement but not the organisation.13:15 Thu 02nd Jul 2020
Link supporting "That movement believes in de-funding the police and closing prisons."
Question Author
Patrisse Cullors is a co-founder (in 2013) of the group you are wanting to call 'Black lives matter' the movement

She is a Marxist that believes in defunding the police and shutting prisons. You have stated that this is the group the Premier League supports.
Logic error. You're saying that because one of the movement's founders believes something, the movement supports that.

The movement is for the dismantling of systemic racism, not the implementation of Marxism.

> You have stated that this is the group the Premier League supports.

Let's not introduce "group", but stick to "movement" and "organisation". "Group" might mean either of those things, so it's not helpful.

The Premier League supports the "movement". The Premier League is English and "defund the police" is a very American expression that doesn't cross the Atlantic well. The Ben&Jerry's cartoon probably explains it best:

https://www.benjerry.com/whats-new/2020/06/defund-the-police

In case the cartoon is insufficient, there's several hundred words below it to further explain.

The UK BLM are also littered with Marxist with the same aims as the US BLM.

You really haven't done any research at all have you. (Other than Wikipedia)
> The UK BLM are also littered with Marxist with the same aims as the US BLM.

By "UK BLM" and "US BLM" I suppose you are referring to various chapters of the organisation.

> You really haven't done any research at all have you.

Clearly I have, or we wouldn't be having this conversation. And clearly my reading goes beyond Wikipedia, because I've provided several links yet none to Wikipedia. Let's just say I don't confine myself to far-right and conspiracy sites.
Question Author
And there you go again...you just can't help yourself can you.
It seems that you see me very much as I see you, Roy!
Question Author
You didn't answer earlier...how do you see black people who disagree with you on BLM?
The same as I see anyone else who disagrees with me on BLM ...
Question Author
Disagreeing with BLM supporters can be dangerous.

Not a bad summary:

> "We stand proudly alongside members of the BAME community, our players and employees, and behind the ideals and ethos of “black lives matter”. However, we would like to make clear that we do not endorse any pressure group or body that carries the same term in its name, and we strongly believe that organisations should not use this important force for change and positivity to push their own political agendas."
