Keyboard Problem With Lenovo Laptop 145 15Ast Windows 10

Help, can anybody give me a clue how to fix my laptop...
When I press 'v' or 'b' it comes up 'vb' also when I press 'm' or 'n'
it comes up 'mn', so I have to cancel the letter I don't want which takes ages to write anything, also the space bar goes vertical sometimes instead of horizontal, and @ is in a different place, would appreciate
any help. My laptop is only 12months old. Thanks in advance.....

I suspect that by 'space bar', you really mean taskbar. Here's how to move it to the bottom edge of the screen.

The fact that you are getting letters which are next to each other makes me wonder if the keys aren’t stuck together. This used to happen when people spilt something sticky on their keyboard (tea or coffee with sugar was favourite) or cleaned the keyboard with an unsuitable liquid which melted the keys together.
You could easily use a USB-connected keyboard from another system. Just plug it into a free USB port.
Coming back to the main problem, if the machine is only about 12 months old, I would consider making a guarantee claim. (If you are offered a replacement machine, make sure you have a full backup (or at least a backup of data you want to keep & software you have bought) before swapping.)
