I always knew that you were an old hippy at heart, Barmaid ;-)
BRILLIANT, Lady-J! VERY WELL DONE INDEED!!!
Three of the four furries have decided to stay indoors all day, with only one preferring to hide under cars, etc, outside. They're all basically fine though, thanks, as am I now that I've got the final chemo session behind me. Hoping you're well too.
Furries do the most amazing things when it's windy don't they. Chasing tails and leaping up at imaginary things in the air and pretending to stalk things that turn out to be a dead leaf, etc.
Good news about the chemo. That's a relief and weight gone. I know it's not the end of treatment but that's one down for now.
All of 5 this week, thanks to a couple of guesses; although it's amazing that you can sometimes score a full house when doing the quiz for a second time (if you remember the answers that were shown ! ).
5. Inspired by the presence of Campbell cat curled up on my lap, she has decided it is too cold today to go begging for food from all the neighbours...
2 ain't great, JJ109, but it's certainly not last ;-)
(Better luck next week!)
Welcome to our elite little band on 4, Emmie and Margo!
Wow! There are a LOT of scores of 5 this week! Well done, Twix, Roopower and Campbellking! (Guesses all count!)
I doubt that Campbell cat will go short of food, without or without the neighbours' help! I've just been preparing a casserole, browning the sausages and bacon before adding them to it. Trying to keep four cats noses away from my grub has proved to be extremely difficult. There's cider in the casserole (which is now nicely bubbling away in my oven) but I think that I'll need to drink some of what's left over to help me get over the stress of cooking with four cats around ;-)
We're happy to squeeze up along the bar for you (while trying to maintain social distancing at the same time, of course). After all, if the barman can't see you, you won't be able to buy a round for us all ;-)
