centeral heating

as it is summer time I have switch off the centeral heating but every time the hot water starts heating the radiators get hot too what can I do to stop this .

Turn off the radiators ?
turn your thermostat down to 0
Check whether the diverter valve is faulty. If it is not operating properly then the hot water and central heating circuits can both stay open.
My heating system does that too, I just turn off the radiators like woodchopper suggests.
I'd go with alan30's answer ... It's almost certainly the diverter valve
Go "all electric" !
Doesn't your boiler have a 'Hot Water only' switch?
