Word Document Layout Has Changed

I am working on a Word Document, and it has 'shrunk' to a tiny fraction of normal size.

I am not sure what I have done, and therefore how to undo it - can anyone advise please?

do you mean the letters themselves, or the whole doc? If the whole doc in the bottom right there'll probably be a slider with - at one end and + at the other. Just move it towards the +
If the letters, thn change the font size

Oh, sorry, it was the slider that was in the wrong place.
