Usually as many as 30 people in our family get together but not this year .We will all stay in our own homes .
This virus is lethal and if people persist in rebelling and doing their own thing then it will probably lead to a big spike in January.
I remember one of my uncles telling us about the 'flu pandemic in 1918. He was 18 at the time and had a girl friend the same age. They both had the 'flu and afterwards the added complication of Encephalitis Lethargica. Sadly his girl friend died and he had a further 70 years of complicated medical problems . Parkinsons symptoms---shakes, stiffness, dribbling, shuffling and lurching along.Fortunately his mental capacity was unaffected. Couldn't follow his ambition to be a policeman though.
We don't know how long the after effects of this present virus will stay in peoples' bodies. Why put yourself and your families at risk ?
