Saturday. Misty and damp outside. I hope it improves before I have to go out. Some running around to do, so I'll be out a while, so could do with some tropical sunshine! :o} Some hopes!
Just looked out, some frost about too. Oh great joy!
Just put the last of the bird food out, add it to the shopping list! After that it's stay in and see what's on the idiot box.

I sympathise about the back pain ex nurse p.h. ( pre hoists). she should know to take more painkillers for her toe pain. Get back to the GP today and see if there is something stronger she will agree to take until her toe is sorted. I am not a fan of tramadol either, it may need something much stronger in the short term.

i didn't think you could much stronger then tramadol, as i said a friend is addicted to it, alongside other meds for back troubles
