A question below about chocolate got me thinking (yes I'm amazed at that too)....anyhoooos....I digress...
Do most women feel guilty if they eat chocolate or foods considered unhealthy/fattening? Do you deliberately deny yourselves these foods?
I think I might be on my own in thinking that if I want summet, I eat it and bu88er any weight gain I might get from it, I can't think of anything sadder than not enjoying food.
soooooooooo, my question is......do you deny yourselves?

Obviously if there's a medical reason why you have to watch EVERYTHING you eat I fully understand, but to do it to stop yourself adding on an extra pound? It's just too sad for words...

Chocolate is an essential food. It is needed in premenstrual women, menstruating women, the other two weeks in the cycle and after menopause.
It has essential chemicals in it that help us deal with idiotic males, it prevents us killing them when they ask stupid questions or when they just annoy us.
I am 18 stone and going down, and am now off out for my daily medicine.

I think that we should get it on prescription.
I work in Oxfam a couple of days per week - the FairTrade chocolate is gorgeous. It isn't as nice as Galaxy, but what is?
My late father, who had no idea about women, bought my sister-in-law, my friend and I real Belgium chocolates during a little trip to Belgium. He thought that they would last months. The three of us sat and guzzled them and he just sat staring at us in utter amazement. We did offer him some, but he didn't like it. During the war he said that he always kept his chocolate for his sisters, as it was a treat for girls - something boys didn't fully appreciate.
My little neice/niece aged 2 thinks that the words chocolate and shopping are inter-changeable. What is the point of shopping if you don't buy chocolate!
