How popular he is in 2024 will depent to a large extent on how Biden does and how he handles the economy. Giving every American $1400 dollars is a technique worthy of The Child Catcher in CCBB but I'm not sure it will prove to stimulate the economy. Still, I'm sure you can get a nice base model semi automatic for that money.
