Does anyone have any idea how to stop microsoft internet explorer ads appearing ever minute.........help!!!!

You could try using another (better) browser, that blocks those ads, like Firefox.

If they are popup windows, install the Google Toolbar
http://toolbar.google.com/

This will stop popups (and give instant access to Google Search)

If the windows are "Messenger Service" adverts, follow the instructions here to disable it.

Google toolbar can search your computer as well, there are rumours that it gives the American government access to your hard drive (I don't think this is possible, but meh, if you believe internet rumours and/or are paranoid, avoid it.) There are other ways to block popups. Using a different browser is probably your best option.
