A baby has been born and, as they say, "mother and baby doing well". As some have intimated, this is good new in and of itself. But it's of no more significance or importance than the birth of any other baby to a couple that, and I think I can say with reasonable confidence, none us knows personally. The fact that the mother is royal by accident of birth is of supreme irrelevance.
