Are you in favour??
The way I look at it, I can understand businesses & shops wanting to protect their customers, but to me the unvaccinated are taking the biggest risk.

The jab record will be in there but its not allowed for other services to access it " - err yes it can, it doesn't have to send back the entire life history, the enquiry simply has to determine a yes or no to the question of vaccination. In IT we do it all the time, only the things that are allowed access to the records will have it, the others can be set up to enquire on specific things in isolation.
The thing that is not so funny is that some of those episodes are nearly 50 years old and I can remember them being broadcast first time around. At the time I was working in the electronics industry and we used to set a vcr up to record them and watch them in the workshop whilst we worked. Did the same with Fawlty Towers too. We also used to record Chorlton and the Wheelies cos it made us all laugh.
