Put my breadmaker on. Thought yes let’s have some tasty bread. Walked into lounge.heard huge bang! Ran into kitchen - breadmaker was actually on kitchen floor!! Socket on wall was split in two! god knows what happened but wall socket was ripped in half and bread maker was 10 feet away, on the floor! Had an electrician out within hours and even he said he’d not seen anything like it loo

My friends husband is an electrician and he says only if two cables touch will the power cut out. I don’t know. Here he says he thinks the cooker power has blown the socket. I’ve had an electrician out late last night to replace it anyway.
