I still have this secret fantasy that Justice is independent
despite multiple instances that it isnt ....
I think it is bad enough when someone says "I have done it and I dont want to go to prison"
but it must be worse to say "I have just done 5 y in the slammer for nowt and it looks as tho I am in for another few years...."

if the govt claim dates back to the seventies
