I read Panda's post last night and even added a rather jokey response, which probably wasn't appreciated.....but I'm sure that most ABers (and obviously Ed did as well) feel that the post was a mite antagonistic. We've all sent Ed emails in the past, have we all had replies? No! However the demanding to speak to a "higher authority" because a response wasn't forthcoming smacks of throwing your toys out the pram.

If I was the Ed, I'd have done exactly the same- banned them.
