Usually the Stroke ward / unit.

The Acute Stroke Unit is an acute neurological ward providing specialist services for people who have had a new suspected stroke.

or the admissions ward, or a General medical ward

Currently any ward that is non covid, normal rules may not apply but you would hope stroke units are still operating as normal
