What's wrong with Honey's baby?

Ok,we know that it couldn't all be happy ever after - the midwife definitely thinks something is wrong.Did you see her face when she looked at the baby,and when she left the room ? So what is it??

glad you all got sorted.
My bf helps out at a local centre for many adults who have downs. It is true that they are generally more affectionate and caring than perhaps those not affected by such a condition but they can get very angry at times, perhaps because they dont always understand a situation and are frustrated perhaps. But generally they are very friendly and loving people.
I hope that Eastenders shows the situation in a realistic way and am looking forward to seeing how everyone copes.
