I thought "aloft" but "hover" fits the parsing better IMV as there is no suggestion that it is an anagram whereas H (for high) + OVER (for up) seems to fit.
I did one a few weeks back - maybe the Sunday Express Ultra Alphapuzzle where there was only one "E" in the whole puzzle - quite unusual.
Hover nearly works (alway's want to spell it hovver) but a think the could for that might of been better as float up high above.
Tho a suppose over could be up as in turned over/turned upside down
