Did anyone watch this last night? I felt so sorry for that woman. I hope that fraudster is caught and prosecuted but I am not holding my breath

I watched it and do feel sorry for her but how can people be so stupid as to hand over thousands of pounds to someone they have never met!
My advice to anyone is to talk to your immediate family if any stranger asks you to send money, its almost certain to be a scam.

Surely if you send someone money with Western Union or whatever method you choose, you have to have their correct name and they have to produce ID to get the money?
