i sent a letter on wednesday which hasn't got to its destination as yet, it had a first class stamp on it, the 12 stamp pack were from a few months ago, seeing as how the price has gone up i think, would it still be valid.

Yes, all stamps bought before an increase in price are still valid.

TTT, did you not read emmie's posts about her having problems with bank transfer payments?

Glad it's arrived, emmie.
all the main banks do "faster payments" - more or less instant payments. What's the bank?
Glad all is resolved Emmie.
Do not know for sure. If it had the old price on it may not be valid. If it just said first class it may be valid.

its now resolved, stamp must still be valid which is good as i have a few to use in the near future.
As long as the stamp has 1st on it, it will always be valid as a first class stamp.
Some people buy loads just before a price increase to save money because they know they will still be valid for years.
