Just saw this on a packet of raw lamb mince I'd put in the freezer.
Would you go ahead and use it anyway?

Yes
I regularly buy wild salmon that has previously been frozen and defrosted. The instructions assure me I can refreeze it and I have done many times.

So have I Barry. But in this case, it's do NOT Re-Freeze. Is it a food safety issue...or quality? Which is what I initially thought it would be.
Question Author
Well, it would probably be in the slow cooker for ages ;)
De frost and smell it! If in doubt don't use. Don't take my word for it but probably ok if cooked well
Of course.....I would just make sure it is cooked through.
Can't do links but if you google "can meat be refrozen " lots come up and the answer seems to be yes
It's just a quality issue, meat can be a little drier if frozen twice.
