Lucozade Sports Bars

Do they work? If so, how long do they take to get into your system? I've tried the Lucozade site but with no joy.

yes they do work but the better longer lasting stuff is dextrose gloucose powder you can buy from the chemist for about �1.85 a box just taste like nice sugar water or lucozade tablets from chemists are also very good there alot better than the bars as you dont get all the crap in them like you get in the bars
