LadyCG – I can assure you that when the official report into the government’s handling of the Covid pandemic is published – one of the main conclusions will be that the whole situation was made much worse by the bumbling Boris Johnson, resulting in unnecessary lockdowns, damage to the economy and a massive national debt.

Why anyone thinks our government has handled the pandemic well (after 16+ months) is beyond me – Boris might think it’s all over, but I can assure you he is wrong.

How can you assure anybody he is wrong? We all know the virus isn't going to go away, there wil be more cases and more deaths it's bound to happen. So we all know he is wrong if he thinks it's finished. We just have to live with it. You can't assure us of anything we are all aware of.

Cummings didn't drive from London for the supposed 'test of his eyesight'. On 27th March 2020, he drove to Durham to stay at a house on his parents' land near to their house, 264 miles from his usual residence in London. On 12th April, he drove from Durham to Barnard Castle, 30 miles away.
