Bloke In Pub.
Bloke walks into a pub.
"Good evening, Sir" said the barman "what can I get you to drink?"
"I'll have a pint of Peroni, please" replied the customer.
The barman pours the perfect pint in a distinctive Peroni glass, condensation gently trickling down the side.
"That will be £4.50 please" said the barman.
The customer then explained that he had no intention of paying. " You asked what you could get me" he said "and I simply accepted your kind offer"
Another guy sat at the bar said to the barman "I am an international contracts lawyer and he's right, there is no jury in the land that would be on your side"
The slightly miffed barman put his own money in the till to make it balance at the end of the night. The customer drank his Peroni and left.
The next night he returns to the pub again.
"Hello again Sir" said the wary barman "you're not going to catch me out tonight"
"What do you mean?" said the customer " I have never set foot in this place before"
"Well" said the barman "you must have a double!"
"Thank you" said the customer "I'll have a Glenmorangie!"
