I need your help, guys, because I am just left alone with this problem.
I registered in Ruby Fortune Casino because I saw an advertisement on the Internet. They send me a bonus offer every week!
I played with the bonus of Ruby Fortune and could not wager it. Then I did a deposit and DID NOT take any bonus! I deposited 100 EUR and managed to raise the amount to 250 EUR.
Then, I decided to make a withdrawal. I sent all the documents and waited. One week later – no answer. I went to the Live Chat and they said the documents are still being checked.
Are they allowed to do it???
According to the rules of the Casino, money is withdrawn within 2 hours, the limit is 2000 EUR per day. I won 250 EUR, 8 EUR were taken out, and the rest are in the “processing” status.
They finally came with the new excuse!! There has been a technical mistake. It is embarrassing to beg for 250 EUR!!!
In technical support they say, “wait, the problem is in the payment gateway, we will figure it out”. I am really desperate to get this money as I need it for my child. I promised myself not to play anymore EVER in any casino!!!

I have about 8 on-line gambling accounts and they vary in their rapidity in responding to withdrawals. Some are almost instant, some a couple of days while others take a few days. None, however, take more than a week.
I don't visit any of the on-line casinos because i basically don't trust them.

You are in a bad place. There is no knowing how ligit and trustworthy this online company is. Keep asking for your payment, and prepare for the eventuality you may not get it back.
