What's the point...or benefit...in winning a house of this value if you can't afford the upkeep and council tax?
I remember reading about low income folk in the States winning home makeovers but getting into financial trouble because they could no longer afford their own homes.
Apparently it's in Copse Hill, which is ok. Borderline Village/Wimbledon Common. However it could be at the Common end near some very busy pubs It's expensive for the area, no matter how lovely it is you probably wouldn't get anywhere near £3.2 million for it
