I bought a wall art canvas from The Range and paid to have it delivered. The canvas cost £26.99, but when it arrived and I unpacked it, the price ticket on it was for £19.99.I checked to see if it's the right one and it is. Do you think they are selling old stock at a new price and can they do that?

2nd one barry. I don't think I will buy another as there is no way of testing them to see if they work unless you rip the wrapping off, and I can't see them doing that. Also there is no on/off switch, so the only way to turn it off is to take a battery out. Too much messing about.

Yeah, go for the full refund. I'd apply for the refund online if I were you and let them collect it.
