Hibiscus

My normally prolific Hibiscus has no signs of flowers at all this year, any ideas why?

Here, too...leaves look really healthy but not a single bud!

This year's weather seams to favour some things more than others.
I do know that hibiscus can be rather temperamental, though.
Climate change, perhaps ?
