How To Measure Curtains

I'm not a fan of eyelet curtains but am looking to help someone measure what size to buy.

Window 100 inches..sorry I only do old money !!
Curtains on sale at 112 width or 66 width.
Would like them to be fairly full when drawn.

Would 2 pr x 66 on each side give a full look.

This is where ordering online doesn't work as well as shopping in store.

Yes at least double the width of the window - anything less just looks mean.
