I’ve just noticed that my big toe is slanting towards my other toes, and I have what looks like a bunion.
I think it’s arthritis rather than a bunion, and my toes are curling under themselves.
It’s like I have to grip the floor when I walk. I have a lot of problems with my ankles dislocating, and I’m told my calves are too tight. I am desperate to try to resolve this before it becomes impossible to walk. My foot doesn’t even lie flat on the floor now.
Anyone else had this, and know what I can do to set it correctly?
You are describing what is known as hallux valgus with bunions.
It will only get worse.
Wear comfortable footwear and take Ibuprofen for the pain.
Surgery is your only hope at this stage that you have described.
