I can believe that, with the Coco Pops, Frosties, Pop Tarts (1964!), Honey Nut Cornflakes, Fruit Loops and all the other overly sweet cereals they have sold over the years
Kellogg's Crunchy Nut Cornflakes Peanut Butter is nice. (probably bad for me/you)
As a sidebar, I can't help noticing that all the diabetics are the grumpiest & most argumentative people on the site. ;-)

My Doctor told me sugar free things are sweetened with something akin to a laxative. He said this includes all so call diabetic products and if you eat them you will end up spending rather a long time in the loo!!! He said eat a sensable diet in moderation and the occassional treat will be ok. I have followed his advice for the last 30 years and my diabeties is under control and touch wood I have had no problems.
Quite correct, baker. The products even warn of a possible laxative effect - avoid sugar free Haribo if you are nowhere near a toilet :D
My occasional treat is one small mince pie at Christmas, one small pudding on three special occasions during the year. Gives me something to look forward to.
