Deputy first Minister SNP says,UK is heading for a winter of discontent. Since the Tories went ahead with Brexit......Shortages and empty supermarket shelves show Westminster isn't working....
Boris and his party simply do not have the Brains to match the Brawn.
Boris spoke of Brexit and the Sunlit meadows beyond, but failed to mention the food rotting in the fields because there is no one to pick it. The end of freedom of movement and the clamp down on immigration will be a disaster fo the U/K.
Spot on Vulcan, Thousands of HGV Drivers had to return to their own Country because of Brexit and all the red tape that came with it . Next time you are chatting with the Supermarket managers give them all a pat on the back from me

If they've all gone home why are they short of drivers all over Europe, or have they gone to Africa, America or the north pole ready for Christmas.
gulliver, the lack of lorry drivers isn't just affecting the UK, like the pandemic it's global. If its caused by Brexit how do you explain empty shelving in the USA, Canada and Australia? The transport industry state its because of a worldwide demand for goods during the pandemic.
Webbo..NO Empty shelves where I live ,no shortage of lorry drivers, or supplies.
It appears to be just a UK problem....Nothing to do with Brexit of course..
15.31 It seems to me that you are the one with the twisted view of Brexit ,Vulcan
It's not as good as Boris and Farage bulled you up to believe, and it's going to get worse this side Christmas. enjoy.
Ah yes, John Swinney - the failed Cabinet Secretary for Education who has been subject to two votes of no confidence within the last year, the second failing because of the support by the Scottish Greens, who within six months become part of the SNP government.
I'm off to the bookies to lay a wee bet on who will be on here early and often bemoaning the lack of whatever as an old-fashioned Christmas is forced upon us by circumstances that could have easily been avoided.
The posts will run counter to current offerings as it lands on the doorstep instead of just a warning.
