AdAware Scan

I'm using AdAware virus scan before I log off, there were always 2 boxes the first says MRU list and the 2nd says Tracking Cookies. As I don't really know what I'm doing I usually tick both boxes then when prompted, delete them. Yesterday another box appeared under the above two which says Bargain Buddy - what does this mean ?
I am a dummkopf when it comes to computers !!

Bargain Buddy is spyware so delete that if you're given the option.
