Uk Food

Hello,
I'm university student in Japan.
I've been studying UK food to write graduation thesis.
I have some questions for everyone about that.
✓Do you like UK food? why?
and would you please tell me if you know something related to UK food, culture or ways of thinking about food and so on.

But I've lived here for 30+ years, and there's lots of UK/English food I've still not had. Like jellied eels, laverbread, stargazey pie or Glamorgan sausages. There's plenty I have had and like...haggis, Cullen skink, toad in the hole, Cornish pasties, Eaton Mess, sausages of all kinds and black pudding. These are very traditional foods that though they may not be spicey, they do have flavour. Did I mention cheese?...British cheese is excellent. Nothing beats a good mature cheddar.

Pixie // Here, "supper" would be a light, late evening meal, used by people pretending to be posh.//
Really? How strange. 'Supper' in my nanas house, NE of England, mining town, was a snack before bed with a hot drink and they were not pretending to be posh. As for me, I'm from Canada where the main meal of the evening is always 'Supper' -but then again, I am posh -very posh :oP
