Boy am I finding them to deal with - they are so thin - they catch on the zipper on the purse, when you finally get them out - they simply fly all over the place

A certain person has told me he had misplaced £90 last week - because of the thinness - he had left them behind in a frequently visited shop. Luckily when he went back - the shopkeeper had kept the £90 for him.

Is there anyway to try and either "thicken" or or stop from them from jumping all over the place. I myself find them unbelievable. So I don't know how very old people with "fat" fingers cope.

If i had £600K in sticky £20 notes, PP, i don't think i'd mind unsticking them as i counted. In fact, i do believe i'd rather enjoy it :-)

I was typing with one eye - so did mean the new polymer £5, 10 20s.

Also here we have nearly similar colours for say £10 so you have to look carefully to make sure it is not £20.

By the way not everybody has a bank account - particularly old people.

God the state some people get over a mention of money - absolutely nothing. My cousin for example has no debit or credit card or mobile phone so when she gets her wages lifts them all from the bank and pays all her bills with cash. She is only over 60.
Do you mean the £5 or £10 notes?.
you'd struggle in America - I think their notes are all the same size & color?
On all my £1 notes, the cashier is L. K. O'Brien
