Today's ITV 7 opens with the 2.05 Ascot, taking in races at Haydock and Lingfield. Some quite small fields involved :-(

Morning Ken. On early here. Off out for a walk whilst the weather still permits. As you say, small fields for 5 of the tv races and only doable in the ITV7 for most fun punters. Done a Haydock punt where the racing looks like a proper job for the most part. These 4 in an E/W Acca, Doubles, and Trebles. A little single on the first two as I should be back for 2PM. Rugby this afternoon, the football in full flight, and a pan of scouse on the go. What's not to like. Good luck if you are having a flutter.
