Well, that is dependent on trangenderism is a mental illness, and there is nothing to prove that it is. I think individuals should be psychologically assessed before it is agreed that gender reassignment surgery be considered to ensure that it is a genuine need.

They are mozz. We know it is a mental condition, that isn't even controversial, it can only be diagnosed by a psychiatrist.
Gender dysphoria is one thing, and transsexualism, rightly or wrongly, is the general "answer".
But transgender involves nothing physical, except a wish.
Neither are right, obviously, but are very different, and both treated the same.

Given Scotland has three verdicts for those under trial, fairly unique that this is, as in guilty, not guilty and not proven, why don't they consider introducting three genders like Samoa, Papua and New Guinea, India and many Pacific Islands - as in male, female and transgender.....?

Sex is immutable, gender is not (although I’d be lying if I didn’t say I struggle (and by struggle I mean I don’t believe) that gender is fluid).
