I think you've been retired for some years. How would you cope today if your patients told you they had googled their symptoms, diagnosed themselves and decided 'x' treatment is the best plan?
Ah I remember the early days Sqad when you had to prove your credentials on here when giving advice , thankfully those days are gone , you’re a ‘ I don’t suffer fools gladly ‘ person who gets respect from most if not all, I hope you stay around forever :0)x
I saw recently a super cartoon of a man being carried into A&E on a stretcher, the ambulance man saying:
"He self-diagnosed on Google, & self-medicated on Amazon"
Mamya.....doing well is not good enough, you should always strive to be the best at something albeit you may never achieve it.
I was never the best at anything, at best I came second and that is just not good enough, something I will always regret and have to accept and live with.
