Bbc Quiz : Week 6
49 Answers
It's Friday again! (I'm not sure how though, as it only seems like a couple of days have gone by since we were last here doing this!).
I got off to a poor start this week, with a lowly THREE out of seven in the main quiz:

My score on the junior quiz was equally pitiable too. Just TWO out of five:
https:/ /www.bb c.co.uk /newsro und/513 18780
I couldn't manage to reach half marks in the Timed Teaser either! Only FOUR out of ten for me:

So you're ALL going to beat me easily this week, aren't you?

(I went to bed a bit earlier than usual last night, as I'd been feeling really tired all day. So I apologise to those night owls who normally expect to get a response just after they've posted):
Caran: Well done with that decent 5!
Campbellking: Your 7 in the timed quiz is impressive! I hope that the match wasn't as boring as the scoreline suggests that it might have been and that Robbie has accepted your apologies for leaving him on his own ;-)
Elliemay1: Not fantastic, perhaps, but you still managed to beat me in two of the quizzes (and match me in the other)!
Twix: A near perfect kid and a decent score in the timed quiz too! Well done!
Mozz: A perfect kid! (Award yourself a gobstopper!). A good score in the sprint event too! Very well done!
JJ109: Thank for keeping me company at the lower end of the scoreboard this week ;-)
Emmie: Well done! Near-perfect, not once but twice!
Milo2: Another perfect kid! (Treat yourself to a sherbet dip!). A good sprint score too!
LadyCG: Better than me, anyway!
Boto: My scores exactly! Welcome to the club!
Kwillmott: Oh dear! Not a great score on the main quiz! However you still managed to beat me twice!
Roo: A near-perfect kid and a decent sprint score too!
Ken: A perfect kid! (Treat yourself to an extra comic this week!). Decent scores in the other two quizzes too! Very well done!
Sandy: A lot better than me!
Tigger: You beat me twice, anyway!
Gromit: Better than me!

Well done, Maggie! You've beaten me in both of those quizzes!
Lucky you, Margo! I've only once actually gone out to get a cat (from a rescue centre). All of the others that I've had in my life have simply turned up (or, as with the three I've got now, been born to a cat who simply turned up). Enjoy the company of your new feline friend!

Hi, Haras2!
Thanks for ensuring that I don't feel too bad about my own scores ;-)
I'm not too bad for an old 'un, thanks. I hope that you're coping well, with all that life has to throw at us, too.
My cats are as crazy and infuriating as ever (but I still love them dearly though) and I hope that Shady is enjoying life too. (With a besotted human to look after him though, I don't think that there can be much doubt about that anyway!)
