The Tablet Crossword

I had a go at the Tablet’s crossword and feel quite proud of getting most of the answers. But despite all best efforts I can’t find answers to two clues. Any help would be gratefully received!
1. Leader of the land named after him (I think Ephraim) under Moses
2. Clan leader in Asher, the son of Japhet
Any biblical scholars out there?

I have Naaman but I can’t remember why! Looking through the vast list in Chronicles I have come across Laadah so it could be that . Does anyone know of an alternative spelling for Nehemiah that would fit?
