When Corbyn was leader I assumed like a lot of people that he’d be replaced by another hard left leader. But the left shot themselves in the foot by not replacing Corbyn before he led them to disaster and Starmer’s election showed that the majority of members are more sensible that we thought.
A lot of Corbynite members left and more went after RLB was sacked.

The Corbynite members (Momentum mainly) should for their own Party rather than try to hijack labour.
I think it is good news that Rodney is doing well. A good Government is made by a strong opposition, something Labour have failed to achive for some time. Lets Hope Sir Kier does build a good opposition Party and not just one that opposes for the sake of it. If he does that then labour stand a chance in 9 years time. IT would be virtually impossible for any leader of any Party to overturn the current losses in one term hence the 9 years.

//If there was an election next week, Labour would win it. \\
Really?

Yes, I still think so - although you've put up a good argument to the contrary. Boris blew a lot of his credibility over the Cummings fiasco, and Corbyn is gone, but as I say, in four years time who knows what the situation will be.

Tomus, a poll in the middle of a crisis favours LOTO? Shocking! People may be angry at the government but they ain't gone raving bonkers, if there was an election tomorrow the Tories, as per usual would wipe the floor with Steer Karma and his merry band. TBH I feel a bit of sympathy with SKS, he's a sensible leader but most of the rest of the party are a complete precipitation of faeces. He needs his own cull to get them up to anything approaching game fitness.
Problem is . This is the new era of "Tory Sleaze"Take Jenrick for example, he has done a Brown Envolope deal with Desmond ,"Property Developer". Now it appears when Jenrick was Secretary to the Treasury he was involved in a deal with an Israeli Billionaire who happens to be a family friend who happened to have a financial interest in a project that Jenrick was overseeing. They just can't help it.
